What You’ll Do: The Senior RES Specialist (Cash T&I Default Support) is the primary point of contact for internal and external customers requiring support with real estate loan servicing functions. The role ensures accurate and timely handling of escalations, documentation requests and coordination with internal teams and external partners, while maintaining strong compliance and service standards. Core Contributions: - Manage the Real Estate Oversight email inbox by responding promptly and accurately to escalated inquiries and documenting all actions in Member Connect and/or Cenlar Case Management. Contact members directly when appropriate. - Resolve complex loan servicing issues using strong analytical skills, sound risk judgement and knowledge of regulatory and investor guidelines. - Perform routine audits of subservice activities, including escrow disbursements, billing statements and suspense account activity and report findings and trends to the RE Oversight Team...
