POSITION SUMMARY: The Payoff Closing Support Specialist provides operational and financial support to the escrow and title departments by ensuring the accurate processing and tracking of transaction-related funds. This role is responsible for posting incoming wires, initiating outgoing wires for escrow branches and the title department, processing check disbursements and daily deposits, and reviewing daily financial reports to verify the accuracy of wire activity. The position also supports the processing of real estate taxes and coordinates the timely disbursement of tax payments to various counties according to their respective due dates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple financial tasks in a fast-paced closing environment.
