Find your purpose working as a Tech in the St. Cloud Hospital Sterile Processing Department! You will spend your shifts amongst a passionate team, while enjoying a peaceful overnight view of the Mississippi River while you work! What is a Sterile Processing Technician? Sterile Processing Techs are responsible for ensuring all surgical supplies, equipment, and instruments are properly decontaminated, disinfected, inspected, sterilized, inventoried and distributed in a quality and timely manner throughout the health system. We are responsible for use of technologies such as copier/scanner, internet, handheld devices, electronic medical records, instrument tracking systems, inventory management systems, email and Microsoft office. Our Techs enjoy working under close supervision with little autonomy. Schedule: Occasionally on Saturday the shift will be 6:30p - 7a - Overnight Shifts | Full-time | 66-80 Hours every two weeks - Thurs/Fri: 11-hour shifts | 6:30 pm to 7:00 am - Saturday: 9-hour shift | 9:00 pm - 6:30 am - Holidays rotate as needed.
