Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Sample and test aggregate, asphalt and concrete in accordance with specifications and standards - Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any day and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed - Other duties assigned as needed Minimum Qualifications: - Quality Control experience/certifications required - Good math, record keeping and problem-solving ability - Computer spreadsheet experience preferred - Engineering and statistics background helpful, but not necessary - Ability to study, take and pass QC certification exams with adequate time and training provided - Must be able to lift material samples of 75lbs. approximate. 10-15 times per day on occasion more depending on duties required - Ability to work overtime; nights, weekends - Strong communication skills and positive interactions with a variety of customers required - Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/ functional exam and drug screen - Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers Additional information: Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for...
