Department: Property Control Job Summary: Job Description: Conducts Annual Physical Inventory: scans property, generates reports, assists departments with researching and locating equipment. Assists with placement or reissuing of barcodes to university owned equipment. Provide assistance and back up to the Property Control Manager for most Workday related data input. These duties include running reports, printing associated purchase orders, analysis of the data prior to data entry into Workday, and data entry. Assists with visual inspection and tagging of moveable property at time of delivery and reports information to the Property Control Manager.
