Pay: $17.48/hour: Camp Hours: 7:00am-6:00pm: Position Summary: The Saratoga Regional YMCA is hiring for Summer Camp Assistant Unit Leads and we are excited to have you join our team! Under the direction of the Camp Director, the Assistant Unit Lead supports specific units, consisting of counselors and children, through a schedule of daily activities that allows children to learn and play at the same time, explore the community they live in, participate in sports and swimming and develop positive relationships. This position steps into a variety of roles to support depending on camper to counselor ratio and the unit’s activity. Assistant Unit Leads model the Y's leadership core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
