Join Our Mission to Elevate Outpatient Diagnostics Care in Ontario Accreditation Canada is seeking experienced physicians and technologists to serve as assessors for the Integrated Community Health Services Centres (ICHSC) Quality Assurance Program. As an ICHSC diagnostics assessor, you will conduct assessments of community-based diagnostic centres, helping to ensure that licensed services meet rigorous quality and safety standards. About Us Accreditation Canada has been a leader in health care quality improvement for over 65 years. Through evidence-informed standards, assessments, education, and data-driven insights, we work collaboratively with health and social service organizations to foster continuous improvement and advance patient-centred care. The ICHSC Quality Assurance Program is a mandatory, inspection-based accreditation program in the Province of Ontario that enhances patient safety by assessing the facility-level policy and operations supporting the delivery of licensed services at a diagnostic, surgical and/or medical centre.
