Job description

Develop and cultivate productive relationships with providers, retail chains, strategic partners and their staff. Elevate providers’ understanding of how the company can maximize the growth of their practice. Educate providers on the company and it’s initiatives, leveraging team knowledge and resources. Demonstrate a broad knowledge of the organization's strategic direction to achieve growth objectives and operational goals. Act as an internal resource for business partners. Establish relationships and become an expert in the assigned region on plans, programs and products Build relationships that result in positive adoption, the achievement of Vision Care program targets and support of strategic initiatives. Research, analyze and resolve complex issues and escalations, coordinating with internal and external business partners when needed Negotiate and manage special provider contract arrangements and fees based on geographic patient access considerations, business needs, and client requests.
