Senior UI/UX Front-End Design Lead Clearance: **US Citizenship required, Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust. Overview: Dev Technology Group is seeking a Senior UI/UX Front-End Design Lead to drive strategy and design execution across a large federal agency. This role will serve as the central design authority supporting multiple delivery teams and applications, ensuring consistent, intuitive, and mission-aligned user experiences across diverse technology stacks. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside our technical project teams and our federal customers to recommend and deliver UI/UX assets and design constructs that our teams can use quickly and efficiently utilize across a variety of technical environments (e.g. AWS-based custom applications, Microsoft-based Power Apps solutions, etc.). The ideal candidate is well versed in user experience strategy and accessibility standards, and thrives in complex, mission-driven environments.
