Job description

Reporting to the Communications Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to develop and implement technology solutions to achieve communications goals. These solutions will primarily be in the areas of web development and database management. This position is part of the communications team in the Graduate School and provides support across the department, including areas of recruitment, admissions, and student services. Primary Web Assets Upkeep: In collaboration with the Communications Manager, this position will assist in the upkeep of primary web assets, such as the Graduate School website, the Graduate Council website, and intranet sites related to faculty and staff support. This support will not only include content updates but the development of HTML/CSS/Javascript solutions for specific needs as they arise. This position will be instrumental in the redesign and development of the next-generation Graduate School website using new systems developed by the university-level web development teams.
