Studio Lead - Sales Specialist

JETSET Pilates Fort Lauderdale is a luxury reformer Pilates studio known for our elevated client experience, high-energy classes, and tight-knit community. We are looking for a driven, personable Studio Sales Specialist to own our membership growth and client acquisition strategy. This is a part-time role with a hybrid structure — approximately 5 hours per week in studio, with the remainder focused on outreach, follow-up, and sales activity. Compensation Competitive base pay + commission structure based on membership conversions and sales performance. Details discussed during interview. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new membership sales through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and consultative selling - Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective members via phone, text, email, and DMs - Convert trial clients and class pack users into recurring memberships - Conduct in-studio meet-and-greets and tours to create a warm, premium first impression - Track and report on KPIs including close rates, lead sources, and conversion timelines - Collaborate with ownership on promotional campaigns, referral programs, and local marketing initiatives - Represent JETSET at community events, pop...
