DP World, the fast-growing transportation and logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking a dedicated Air Freight Coordinator to join its new automotive logistics center in Mošnov, Czech Republic. As Air Freight Coordinator , you'll drive a smooth flow of processes in the goods issue area, executing timely container deliveries and expertly handling dangerous goods (including IMO declarations and Shippers Declarations), maintaining strict compliance with customer requirements, occupational safety regulations, and quality management systems by following work instructions. Your Responsibilities: - Master rough and detailed planning of container requisitions, plus precise control of containers and trailers. - Efficiently receive and process all ordered containers. - Conduct thorough inspections and documentation of load securing measures on containers. - Prepare outgoing goods documents, customs declarations, affix seals to containers/trucks. - Perform vehicle inspections per DGR safety regulations using standardized checklists. - Accurately book goods issues in IT systems, ensuring full legal compliance. - Coordinate delivery dates seamlessly with...
