In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of your properties—overseeing daily operations, building strong resident relationships, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll also work closely with Section 42 / LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs, so attention to detail and compliance know-how are key to keeping everything on track. This position includes travel between properties , so flexibility and a love for variety will serve you well.
