Job title: Hard Services Manager Job Description: What you'll be doing: deputise for the Contract Manager, ensuring our high standards never slip. develop and manage a maintenance schedule that’s both efficient and compliant, keeping safety at the forefront. aid in the rollout of a Lifecycle program that meets all contract and safety requirements. perform internal audits to uphold our M&E standards, meeting all specifications within set timelines. manage all M&E maintenance subcontractors, ensuring excellence and adherence to all regulations. lead our engineering team with a focus on development, engagement, and performance management.
