Create your best future and join BT Financial Group, BCM and Regulatory Affairs as a Manager, BCM Risk in Change. What’s the role?: You’ll bring specialist risk expertise to help change land safely and smoothly across the BT portfolio. Based in Sydney, Warrane, Gadigal Country, you’ll partner with sponsors, product owners and delivery leads across transformation work to spot delivery and delivered risks early, assess what matters, and agree practical treatments that keep outcomes on track. A big part of your day to day will be leading Delivered Risk Assessments and shaping clear Risk and Control Matrices that make sense to project teams and decision makers. You’ll connect the dots across Product, Technology, Operations and Transformation, making sure risk obligations and control impacts are understood across the value chain. You’ll also help lift capability across the transformation community by improving tools and guidance, sharing lessons learned, and strengthening consistent risk practices through the change lifecycle.
