Manufacturing Engineer Department: Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Plattsburgh: Reporting To: Ron Trombley: Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 / year Mission: Optimize and improve manufacturing processes while driving efficiency and product quality. By applying your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and innovative thinking, you will enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure our operations align with company goals. You will own the engineering requirements from Release to Manufacturing to End of life for all assigned programs. Outcomes: - Reduce standard hours through process optimization by 5%. - Complete operator training on new programs within designated number of production jobs. - Lower production costs by improving material utilization and reducing waste by 10% in one year. - Successfully launch a new product line and achieve full production readiness and ramp-up within 3 months.
