Job Description: ROLE OVERVIEW: The role of Demand Planner/Customer Services Support is a combined role, with the emphasis on demand planning (appr. 60%-70%) whilst also providing support for customer services (30%-40%). The Demand Planner/Customer Services Support must have the ability to work well within a team environment, especially with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain Team, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Forecasting, Management, R&D) and externally with dedicated Distribution Business Partners.
