HR Coordinator - Supply Chain - ( 26001590 ) Description The University of Iowa Health Care Supply Chain Department is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. Duties include: Strategic Planning: Assist with implementation of HR practices/policies and programs within department or unit. May assist with promoting, advocating, and communicating changes within a unit. Coordinate administrative meetings with Supply Chain leadership and provide recommendations on best practice for attracting and retaining talent. Provide departmental training on important organizational initiatives to ensure a productive/safe workplace. Provide assistance to the departmental financial manager on employee job codes, salary information and years of service for budget planning. Make recommendations in alignment with organizational needs and goals. Analyze, monitor and report financial data, information and reports as it relates to HR. Advising/ Communication: Advise on human resource regulations, practices, policies and procedures; makes decisions and resolves issues within established guidelines or directs to the appropriate resource.
