Manufacturing Operations Analyst- Paint Operations Workplace Coach Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Manufacturing Operations Analyst- Experienced Paint Operations Workplace Coach within Air Dominance in Berkeley, MO ! As a member of this team, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Skill Enhancement team. You will maintain positive relationships with multi-function team leaders and drive a deep understanding of the One Boeing Production System principles and standards, production health, and problem solving. Position Responsibilities: - Act as the on-floor paint SME providing just-in-time coaching and hands-on demonstrations to improve workmanship and first-time quality. - Support rapid upskilling for off product or surge needs and validate competence during onboarding and transfers. - Observe and validate surface preparation, masking, pretreatment, primer/coating application, cure, and final inspection; provide immediate corrective coaching. - Coach technicians on use and calibration of paint test equipment (DFT meters, gloss meters, adhesion tests) and environmental control...
