The primary goal is to provide Bearcom customers with short-term rental services of wireless communication equipment. Rental Managers are expected to be hands-on in daily operations and in coordinating all aspects of rental business. Responsibilities: Consult with and take rental orders from clients. Coordinate equipment needs to fulfill customers' rental orders. Responsible for rental equipment inventory control. Work directly with the Dallas Rental Operations Center (ROC) on inventory issues. Directly supervises anywhere from 1 to 4 employees, Rental Coordinators and Rental Driver(s) on daily tasks.
