A Day in the Life: The Senior Director leads health system–level clinical service-line, data, and value-based strategy to help provider organizations achieve strategic growth, patient access, and economic objectives while expanding appropriate adoption of Medtronic therapies. This role partners closely with Account Directors, Operating Units, Medical Affairs, and senior health-system executives to co-develop and scale service-line strategies that improve care delivery, expand access to the right therapy at the right time, and deliver measurable clinical and financial outcomes. This leader manages and develops a team of Service Line Advisors and a Data Science team, ensuring the integrated deployment of clinical, strategic, and analytical capabilities.
