Position Summary: This position will focus on the data analysis and visualization needs to support the HR department initiatives including business planning/financial reporting and strategy. This individual will be responsible for processing standard operating procedures, document management, compliance and improvements. This position is based in our corporate offices in Reading, PA and is expected to be in office at least 4 days a week. Major Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Other projects assigned by the supervisor - Executing established analytical processes (including trending, correlation, financial, qualitative, forecasting, business planning and scenario planning analysis) and regular reporting for field and corporate leadership through creating and maintaining dashboards or tools to summarize, analyze and report key HR Business metrics. - Data gathering and research.
