Summary: We are seeking a Mailout Package Specialist to join our team. As a Mailout Package Specialist, you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload and take pride in what you do. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic. Responsibilities: - Assist with all Mailout pools electronically - Review the intakes before mailing out documents for any missing information - Process incoming mail with SSA and/or OHO - File representation documents for Case Developers/Legal Assistants - Make follow up calls in regards to the retainer packages - Receive incoming calls from clients and intake relating to the retainer packages - Assist with any emails that come to the SS-Mail...
