Facilities Technician (EPDII)

Job description

Facilities Technician (EPDII) Ingrasys Technology USA, Inc San Jose, CA Key Responsibilities: - Assist with general maintenance repairs and tasks including: - Perform routine inspections and repairs of building systems (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc). - Coordinate minor repairs and liaise with external contractors and service providers. - Monitor facility equipment and report issues promptly. - Maintain safety equipment (fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, emergency lighting). - Assist in tracking service contracts and vendor documentation. - Assist with office moves, workstation setups, and furniture assembly. - Monitor inventory of facility supplies and reorder as needed. - Support the continued improvement of facility operations by proactively identifying opportunities for enhancing system performance and reliability. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
