Your Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to maximize sales and profitability across an assigned territory and industry sector. This role focuses on managing and growing key customer accounts, identifying new selling opportunities, and strengthening cross-selling initiatives within the wider Brenntag business. You will act as a trusted commercial and technical partner to customers, combining deep product knowledge with strong relationship management to deliver sustainable growth. Responsibilities: Sales & Account Management: Maximise sales and profit growth within assigned key accounts and territory Serve customer needs by developing a deep understanding of each account’s strategy, requirements, and market dynamics Identify, manage, and convert new selling opportunities Negotiate and close deals, including final pricing agreements Key Account Strategy & Collaboration: Manage local key account relationships and act as the primary commercial contact Align and communicate closely with regional and global Key Account Owners on strategy, planning, and reporting Develop and maintain comprehensive key account knowledge (e.g. customer strategy, market position, future...
