Company Description As a test architect, you will be involved in driving test strategy to achieve the best test coverage, quality and lowest test cost. In addition, this high impact technical leadership role will interface with design, systems, test engineering, to develop DFT strategies, procedures, and tools to support test development and execution. One unique responsibility of this role is to contribute to the development cutting edge high performance simulation tools interfacing between ATE test environments and the IC design and verification environment to accelerate test development, debug, and checkout.
