Job description

Position Summary The NPDI Engineer, Turnkey Deployment is a lead service role responsible for planning and executing turnkey deployment programs across complex customer environments. This role owns execution readiness and delivery alignment for programs involving thermal and AC/DC power management products, ensuring deployment strategies are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with serviceability standards. The role collaborates closely with Engineering, Product Management, Service Operations, Technical Support, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive program success. This includes enabling integrated solutions and modular deployments, supporting field execution, and ensuring deployment risks—including failure modes—are proactively identified and mitigated. Key Responsibilities: - Lead turnkey deployment programs across NPDI initiatives managing risks and execution dependencies to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
