Surface Prep Technician (2nd shift, Mon-Fri)

Job description

JOB SUMMARY: The Surface Prep Technician supports the thermal spray technicians by preparing parts for dimensional restoration. Technicians will apply various types of masking to components for in-process operations. As a member of the thermal spray and surface prep team you will conduct pre- and post-application tasks on turbine engine parts for subsequent dimensional restoration operations while learning more about thermal spray theory and application. Through our extensive in-house training program, the successful applicant will be instructed via a series of computer based and hands-on training, the necessary skills of the position.
