About the role Mater Private Hospital Townsville currently has an opportunity for a Gardener to join the team. This part-time role offers a flexible 5-day fortnight schedule with varied days that suit you best. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and grounds of Mater Townsville, ensuring they are safe, well-presented and consistently kept in a neat and tidy condition. All tasks are to be completed efficiently and in line with established quality standards, while meeting the needs and expectations of customers. Salary range: $35.23 - $36.53 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits! What you’ll be doing: - Participate in the planned activities to ensure the presentation of the MHS grounds, gardens, paths and roadways are maintained to a high standard in an efficient manner.
