Come innovate with us!: Position Summary: In your role as a Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) / Thin Films Engineer at the Samsung semiconductor fabrication facility in Taylor, TX you’ll join the process engineering team. You’ll be a foundational member tasked with new process qualification, tool-to-tool output matching, implementing process controls, and maintaining process health. You’ll be focused on developing process rework procedures, implementing defense lines to prevent excursions, and continuously improving process recipes to meet defectivity and productivity targets. Also, you’ll work directly with senior process engineers, device physicists, and fab operations leaders to design, qualify, and scale thin film processes (ALD, PECVD, etc.).
