OUR VISION: “We Create Value for Building Owners Targeting Opportunities for Long Term Relationships.” POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The incumbent lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, maintains and repairs piping systems, plumbing systems, sheet metal products, and related equipment for assigned projects. S/he manages field labor crews with varying levels of experience, and executes production, safety, and quality goals. Base hourly rate of $32/hr - $41/hr KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Keeps records of assignments and produces detailed work reports. - Directs workers engaged in piping and pre-installation of plumbing systems and components. - Facilitates knowledge transfer and teaches trade skills to less experienced tradespeople. - Loads and unloads trucks of material to be staged and installed throughout the jobsite. - Inspects and ensures the availability of all tools and materials needed to complete a given project. - Directs the work of craft labor engaged in cutting, pre-assembly, and installation of HVAC components, and the building on, or modification of, existing systems. - Reviews blueprints and specifications to determine work sequence and effective, safe procedure...
