STV is seeking a Cost Proposal Analyst to join the firm in our Empire State Building New York, NY office. *****There are no sponsorships available for this position ***** Required Qualifications: Degree from an ABET certified university 2 plus years of Cost Analysis- preferred in the AEC environment Key Responsibilities would include: - Collect and validate labor hour estimates from technical leads, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and level of effort - Develop detailed cost proposals, including labor, overhead, fee, and direct expenses, in accordance with client requirements and contract terms - Collaborate closely with project managers and discipline leads to ensure all technical and commercial inputs are accurate, complete, and aligned with project objectives - Analyze budget constraints and identify cost efficiencies while maintaining competitiveness and compliance - Perform cost modeling and scenario analysis to support pricing strategies and “what-if” evaluations during proposal development - Review historical project data and benchmarking information to improve the accuracy and competitiveness of future proposals - Ensure proposals comply with RFP requirements, inclu...
