Through coordinating qualitative provision of travel services, you will build long term relations with customers worldwide while at the same time belonging to a small and close team in Gothenburg. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and booking all travel reservations for the company’s portfolio. You will also ensure that our business travel arrangements meet customer requirements and that the very best cost-effective air fares, car hire, hotel reservations and ancillary requirements are offered and booked accordingly. Moreover, you will be responsible for administrative practices and ensure that all cancelled or amended bookings are handled in a timely manner.
