As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. Key Schedule Requirements: Clinic is open 6 days a week Two Saturdays a month are required Opening time is 4:30 to 5:30am - closing is around 9pm on M/W/Fri and closing on Tu/Thu/Sat is at 3pm 3 days a week schedule, varied days , some opening, some closing Schedule is posted 4 weeks in advance Rotating holidays: Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment Set up and maintain dialysis equipment Record vital signs and patient data Educate patients on treatment and kidney health Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members Requirements: Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment Physically able to work long shi...
