Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst / Technical Product Manager to lead and support the end-to-end migration from Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) to Oracle ERP. This role requires a blend of functional expertise, technical acumen, and product management capabilities to ensure a smooth transition, optimization of business processes, and successful adoption of Oracle ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: ERP Transformation & Migration: - Lead the migration strategy and execution from Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) to Oracle ERP (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle EBS). - Conduct current-state (AS-IS) assessments of GP systems and design future-state (TO-BE) Oracle ERP solutions. - Define data migration strategy, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.
