To keep that pace safe and scalable, we need sharp corporate governance, clear compliance thinking, and legal support that enables growth rather than slows it down. We’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel who will own corporate governance and compliance topics across the Group, support M&A and corporate structuring, and help the business navigate complex EU regulatory areas (e-commerce, data protection, IP/IT, corporate finance) with practical, business-friendly solutions. You’ll support M&A / investor / shareholder topics and help shape how we structure and run the Group.
