POSITION SUMMARY: The DTC and Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer revenue growth, customer acquisition, and conversion performance across all digital DTC channels. This role executes ROI-driven, direct-response marketing strategies that generate immediate, measurable results, while continuously optimizing the customer journey, offers, and conversion funnels. This position plays a critical role in scaling our DTC business through data-driven campaign execution, performance marketing, and conversion optimization, working cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Sales, and Operations. This role reports to the Head of Growth & Strategy and is responsible for executing DTC growth initiatives within the broader enterprise growth roadmap. Strategic revenue targets, portfolio allocation, and brand prioritization are defined at the Growth & Strategy level. This role owns execution and performance delivery within those parameters.
