Early-Career Designer Do you think through making? Question the obvious? Want to design at an architectural scale? We want to meet you. We’re looking for early-career designers with a strong point of view who explore ideas through sketch, models, and prototyping, and turn them into compelling 3D proposals. This is for you if: You’re graduating in 2026 (Bachelor’s or Master’s, Part 1, Part 2, or equivalent) Or you’re a recent graduate with up to 3 years’ experience What you bring: Curiosity and a strong creative spark The ability to combine free and analytical thinking Confidence working in 3D through sketch and modelling A clear visual voice and ambition to grow What you’ll gain: Real project experience at a global studio Exposure to diverse ways of thinking and making Space to grow your voice as a designer A supportive environment to grow, experiment, and push your ideas further Apply with a short note, portfolio (max 15 MB), and CV.
