Position Overview At Redmap, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As the Learning & Development Lead, you will be the hands-on owner of learning design and delivery across the organisation — from equipping our customers to get maximum value from our solutions, to building the product knowledge and professional capability of our internal teams. This is a practical, delivery-focused role for someone who thrives in the detail as much as the big picture. You will design and facilitate training yourself, build out our learning content, and work closely with HR and key stakeholders to develop learning streams that are relevant, engaging, and tied to real business outcomes. You will partner with Professional Services, Solution Management, Product, and Sales to keep learning aligned with where the business is heading. You will be the end-to-end owner for learning and development at Redmap, spanning two core pillars: Customer Training — hands-on design and delivery of training that helps our customers successfully adopt, use, and get value from Redmap’s products.
