Maintenance Technician – HOA/COA Communities Location: Columbus Association District | Columbus, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm + on-call rotation Pay: $26–$30/hour (based on experience) About the Role: This is a skilled, hands-on maintenance position supporting multiple HOA and COA communities across Central Ohio. You will work both independently and as part of a team to maintain common areas, buildings, and exterior structures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple trades rather than routine unit turns.
