Team Lead - Clinical Interface Integration The Clinical Interface Integration Team Lead is a technical leader responsible for driving international project delivery, developing innovative service offerings, and expanding the clinical integration portfolio. This role leads interface design, implementation, and maintenance using advanced healthcare integration technologies while managing customer implementations and SLA delivery to service owners. Key Responsibilities: - Lead international project teams, providing technical direction and mentoring across distributed locations - Drive architecture and design decisions for complex clinical interfaces using HealthShare, Ensemble, IRIS for Health, and Infor Cloverleaf platforms - Identify and introduce new tools, technologies, and service offerings to expand clinical integration capabilities - Develop and expand service portfolio through proof-of-concepts, pilot implementations, and innovative solutions - Manage customer implementations as professional services, ensuring successful delivery and satisfaction - Deliver and report SLAs to service owners - Coordinate with international stakeholders including clinical informatics teams, EHR v...
