HR Operation Specialist, France 巴黎 社招 全职 职位 ID：A71906: 职位描述 1. 负责海外属地员工及中国外派员工的HR运营工作，涵盖跨境调动、档案管理、非现金福利落地、供应商管理等 ;: 2. 解读并设计落地符合当地法规及集团标准的HR运营流程（如入职-在岗-离职全生命周期管理），定期开展流程审计与效率分析，推动流程的合规与高效;: 3. 牵头海外属地HR人力运营项目，输出标准化工具包，不断提升人力运营效率与用户体验;: 4. 维护HR系统数据，保障数据完整性，支持海外模块需求分析及功能测试，为总部提供本地数据洞察支持。: 1. Responsible for HR operations for overseas local employees and China-based expatriates, including cross-border mobility, personnel file management, implementation of non-cash benefits, and vendor management. 2. Interpret, design, and implement HR operational processes in compliance with local labor laws and group standards (e.g. employee lifecycle management from onboarding, employment to offboarding); conduct regular process audits and efficiency analyses to ensure compliance and operational excellence. 3. Lead overseas local HR operations projects, develop standardized toolkits, and continuously enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience. 4.
