Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy. Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will lead the regional execution of our home oxygen, sleep services, and nursing home business lines. This is a critical role where operational excellence, safety compliance, and patient care intersect, ensuring that life-supporting medical equipment and gases are delivered reliably, safely, and cost-effectively. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? As a vital leader of our regional operations, you will drive efficiency while championing a culture of care and safety: Operational & Fleet Leadership: Coordinate and supervise all regional home healthcare operations. Take ownership of road safety standards, including driver training, coaching, and In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) management.
