Job Title: Adjunct Instructor – English for Academic Purposes Department: College Preparatory Program Employment Type: Part-Time, Adjunct Location: Kapolei, Hawaiʻi (on-campus teaching required) About Hawaii Tokai International College: Hawaii Tokai International College (HTIC) is a junior college accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC). Through customized short-term programs, HTIC’s International Programs Department offers intensive English and cultural learning experiences for students of various ages and backgrounds. Position Summary: HTIC seeks qualified instructors to teach academic English to speakers of other languages in its College Preparatory Program. Adjunct appointments are made on a per-course, per-term basis (10-week term). Instruction schedules typically range from 1 hour to 3.5 hours per day, 4 days a week.
