Position Information Job Title: Scheduler - Planning & Cost Control Location: Augusta, ME: Salary Range: $79,600 - $99,600: Schedule: On Site - Office: Job Summary: Cost Controller/Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing schedules and cost data for moderate to complex projects. Reporting to the Planning and Cost Control Manager, this role supports project teams by providing insights, forecasts, and recommendations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The position also leads risk analysis and contributes to continuous improvement in project performance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. - Integrate cost and resource data into schedules to support forecasting and performance tracking. - Maintain schedule baselines and monitor progress against established KPIs. - Analyze project cost and schedule data using spreadsheets, databases, and statistical software. - Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project performance and trends. - Provide actionable recommendations to improve project cost and schedule outcomes. - Lead schedule-based risk analys...
