Position Overview: We are looking for a Visa Consultant / Consular Liaison based in Canberra to support the handling, tracking, and submission of visa applications, passports, and supporting documents. This role involves document processing, customer service, courier coordination, and communication with clients, embassies, and external partners, ensuring applications and deliveries are handled accurately and on time. The position also includes document collection, embassy submissions, and coordination of courier activities. The successful candidate will review application requirements, prepare and track documentation, maintain accurate records, and support operational tasks, while delivering a high level of customer service throughout the process. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
