The Impact You Will Make: In this role, you will be accountable for running successful strategic sourcing projects and the development and execution of category strategies for the capital requirements of the company. Success in this role is predicated on highly effective relationship building across the organisation and with the supply base. The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated and skilled in complex negotiations, contracting and knowledgeable in the tools of procurement to enable Business Units and functional partners to maximize their value and exceed their objectives. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Adhere to and promote the Global Procurement Organization model in all aspects. - Collate internal stakeholders, supplier, market, category and internal business data/information for the assigned categories in scope to provide in-depth input and validation. - Work with regional/country Procurement and the wider business to ensure the effective execution of category strategies and local negotiations, as necessa...
