Mobile Engineer (M&E Bias) Manchester & Sheffield | 40 Hours | Monday–Friday We’re looking for a multi-skilled Mobile Engineer with either a mechanical/plumbing or electrical bias — but importantly, someone who enjoys working across disciplines and taking ownership of their patch. This isn’t a “stay in your lane” type of role. You’ll be trusted to think beyond your core trade, get stuck in, and keep buildings running smoothly across a varied commercial portfolio in the Manchester and Sheffield areas. If you’re hands-on, solutions-focused, and take pride in high standards — this could be for you. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites, ensuring systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational. Day to day, that means: Delivering PPM and reactive works across building services systems Fault-finding across HVAC, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs and associated plant Supporting electrical systems including lighting, power distribution and emergency lighting Handling basic plumbing and mechanical works (or electrical support, depending on your bias) Monitoring plant performance and responding proactive...
