GENERAL FUNCTION: Complete reviews and certifications for all Bancorp Note collateral sales and transfers, which encompass Fifth Third Mortgage Originations, Third Party originations, CRA and MSR transactions. Maintain Service Level Agreement performance for customer service, key document request s, compliance audits, investor sales, and certification of loans that are responsible for generating profit premium each month for the bank. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.
