Production Supervisor

Job description

Responsibilities: - Supervising the production process. - Planning and allocating production employees to ensure execution of production plans. - Assigning employees in a way that ensures optimal use of time and workforce. - Ongoing analysis and reporting of production performance. - Daily calculation and reporting of production scrap levels. - Reporting current quality issues occurring on production lines. - Analyzing ongoing production scrap. - Conducting production activities in accordance with 5S principles. - Supervising employees’ compliance with health and safety regulations (HSE). - Coordinating activities and responding to emergency situations. - Supervising and updating documentation on the production line. - Ensuring adherence to standardization requirements. - Performing production tasks in accordance with safety rules, HSE regulations, and instructions. - Carrying out production activities in line with applicable norms and standards. - Keeping records of the production process and achieved results. - Reporting the production progress to the supervisor and overseeing the related documentation. - Providing the supervisor with information on ongoing tasks and any irregula...
